Our peaceful day!! :-)

Monday,15 April 2007

Hi, today has been a wonderful day,as a weather and as our day,in fact Beti and I had a very nice day.She spent her first school day, after Easter holiday, very well while I spent my morning into Bicester Village. I had to change a present that I bought yesterday for Maurizio, but I can not say anything else now about it because Maurizio could be read my blog!
When Beti came back from school we went to Kumon, but as Beti's bicycle is broken at the moment,we went by car!!
So I drove her to Kumon.
To be honest I thought I would have some difficulty driving, but it has been very good!!

Tash and Simon allowed to me to do two driving lessons three weeks ago,so I did,but the car of driving instructor was strange, uncomfortable, hard to drive but I did. When I used our red car this afternoon I noticed that it is easier to drive than instructor's car.

After Kumon we came back home and Beti invited Jasmine,a friend of her to our house and they had tea together in our garden, they had a picnic in the nearly sunset!! Wonderful !!

This evening Beti and I stayed alone into the house until 8pm,because Simon and Tash had tea outside,so Beti had been waiting for her parents since them arrived home, after she went to bed because tomorrow will be another busy school day.

Now I'm going to bed too,see you tomorrow and have a good night!

Dear Anna Lisa,

Another very good blog! Well done!!

You were very brave to drive the car. I would not be brave enough to drive an Italian car in Italy!

Here are a couple of comments on your blog:

We say ‘I went into Bicester Village’, or ‘I spent my morning in Bicester Village’. (‘in’ and ‘into’ are used for slightly different purposes.)

We say ‘Beti had been waiting for her parents to arrive home’, or ‘Beti waited for her parents to arrive home’.

I hope this is helpful.

Best wishes,
Terri
