Hi all!
Tomorrow I'm doing my first exam after my arrival from England.It has been hard to restart studying Spanish language bacause I have always English language in my head,so I have found difficulty to restart and memorize again the Spanish pronounciation.
I'm looking forward tomorrow goes by very fast,I wish concentrate for other exams and I'd like to feel a little bit more free!!
This afternoon,when I finished to study,I went outdoor with Haidy and I dedicated one hour to us! However now I'm going to repeat generally Spanish just one hour then I will go to bed.
Tomorrow I'll take the train at about 10 o'clock and I'll have to wait for the roll-call until 3 pm..
I only hope I will do the exam tomorrow,because if we will be a lot of students,it is possible that lecturers could divided us into two or three groups,it all depends on the number of us!
Tomorrow will be a very hard mentally day for me!!
Now I'm going to study Spanish,I will write my blog page tomorrow to inform you about the exam!

Hi all !!!
I'm going to write what I did yesterday.I will try to be concise because I have to study and also because I arrived two hours ago from the university and I haven't studied yet..it isn't good for me!!
Yesterday I spent my day in Bari.I went to the university in the morning and I staied there since about 4pm.Then my mum and my brother,Oronzo, came there because he had to buy the formal suit for his wedding
So,all together went to one of the most famous boutique of formal suits and dresses in Bari and we spent two hours in there.
We found a fantastic suit and Oronzo looked very excited,so we bought it !!!
We all staied in Bari watching shops windows and chatting about the marriage.My mum seemed very happy because all we three hadn't gone to Bari together for a long time in that Oronzo works every day in Conversano,my mum works every day in Bari and I study every day or in Bari or in Conversano,so you can understand the reason.
In the evening Maurizio and I went to Polignano,another wonderful city near Conversano.We went by motorcycle.Maurizio and I have got a gorgeous high-powered motorbike called Moto Guzzi and it is a vintage motorbike,we love to run with it and hear the wind!!
This evening we are going to the beach with the motorbike and maybe we could stay there to sleep,I don't know..anyway a fantastic weekend is beginning!! In Conversano there will be the patronal festival for three days and Monday is off to work and study!!!
I will write my blog page to tell you everything about it.

Mara and Lorenzo's wedding

Hi all,
as I said Monday,Maurizio and I went to the wedding of a couple of friends of ours yesterday.
We spent a very nice time and we ate a lot!! We need to go without food for a while because we have been eating a lot during this week!! The Holy Communion,the wedding..we need stop now!!
Yesterday we went to the mass into the Cathedral in Rutigliano,which is a city near Conversano,then we went to the restaurant in another city called Alberobello.
Alberobello is very famous in Italy because its houses are building with stone besides are small and round with a conical roof,these are typical and historical houses.
We started our lunch at about 3pm and we finished it at 9.30pm!!
We danced a lot and we took very nice photos at the nature into the area of the restaurant.There were:bridge,lakes,gardens,lot of flowers and plants,big trees and the weather was wonderful!!
Maurizio and I spent a very romantic day..doing slow dances and speaking about our marriage!!
At the moment I'm very happy but very nervous at the same time because this period is full of party and holy day,in fact the holy day of "Our Lady of the Fountain" (Madonna della Fonte) is on 26,27 and 28th May and it is a very important holy day in my city! But at the same time I'm nervous because I have been preparing three exams and I can't relaxed completely,but I know that I have to do everything well,and just this way I will be in order with the university.
By this time next Wednesday I will be doing the oral Spanish exam!! It starts at 3pm!! Now I'm going to study for it.
I will update my blog page,I promise!!

The First Communion of my niece Sara

Hi all,
yesterday was a very nice day.My nice,Sara, received Holy Communion yesterday morning and fortunatelly the weather was warm but a little bit windy. We was present at a very nice and joyful ceremony,the Church was full of people and in add there were twenty children ready to receive Holy Communion. We took a lot of photoes and films in the church and outside of the church.
After the ceremony we went to the restaurant at 2pm and we had a big and delicious lunch till 7pm!! We ate a lot of typical Italian delight,savoury and sweet,we had a good time together,Maurizio's mum and I laughed a lot and she told us about a lot of funny things!!
The party finished at about 7pm then Maurizio and I went to our house to relaxe and have rest,in fact we felt asleep and we woke up at 10pm just because some friends of ours came to our house and we were forced to stand up!
Anyway it was nice the same,because we had another nice time with ours friends,chatting,listening music and in additional I dedicated my time painting..I've finished my picture!!!
I had left my picture incomplete since I went to England and I've finished it just yesterday evening!! It has been a surprice,so when Maurizio and my friends had a look it,they remained astonished watching it. The theme of my picture is unreal in the drawing but it has a real meaning and the title is 'The man half dead' and talk about the precariousness of man,but it is not a negative meaning in that I'm a very chatolic person and I know that God is ready to accompany us to the salvation,but the meaning I have given to my picture is about the bad influence that a man could meet in own's life and just the man is able to escape it.
I've decided to call my picture 'The man half dead' because the man I've painted is in the middle of the picture and he could choose which way walk along,the good and the salvation road or the bad and the perdition road..everything is in man's hands.
Now I'm going to study Spanish.
Tomorrow Maurizio and I are going to another marriage..I think we will become very fat by the end of this summer because we have to go to four marriages in May,June,July and August :-) !!

Thinking

Hi all,
it rained a lot this morning for about four hours in a row and now it is stopped but the weather is cold and windy.
I've studyed English prepositions all morinig because I've noticed I make a lot of mistakes about these; I was remembering that among the sheets of the English written exam there is also one sheet about the prepositions,but I'm not very clever about it unfortunatelly :-(
I've been reading and studying as much as possible during these days because I need to be very clever for the English exam!! I'm so scared to fail it again!!
By this time in one month I will have known the result of the exam and only then I will fell relaxed or resigned,it all will due to the result: negative or positive..
Anyway I'm working hard and I don't know what I can do besides.
Maybe this afternoon I will write some prepositional phrases on my blog page,just to exercise.

Hi all,
I'm very sorry I can't write my blog every day,but I have been very busy with my university since I arrived in Italy.I've been spending part of my force studing Spanish during this days,but I'm afraid to forget my English..this would be a nightmare!!
Today I'm not very well..I've the 'women problem'..but I have to study anyway!
I'd like to do some sentences,just to see if I remember some rule or English grammar than I'm going to do the Commentario that is an exercise to do my next Spanish exam well.
Actually the 'commentario' is a comment of a text that could be giornalistic,novelistic,a page of magazine etc..and we student have to do the comment of it and search the figures of speach,to distinguish between hypotaxis and parataxis,to understand which type of language or speach is used in the text and some of other things I will not say now..
Anyway this is a very hard work,because everything would be written in Spanish obviously!!
Well,I won't to expatiate upon a subject and now I will write about the phrases I've told you above.
IMMAGINARY SENTENCES:
1) This morning you had already gone out when I passed from your office.(very probably 'from' is wrong).
2)When Jack arrived to the thiatre yesterday night,the show had already started for five minutes.
3)Tomorrow at this time I will have had the new task,I hope!
4)If I haden't changed my mind,everything would have come off badly.
5)Mary had been cooking for one-and-a-half-hour when you were sleeping this afternoon.The next time you are please to help her cooking!
6)It hadn't rained for two months when a terrible storm surprised the whole Country.
7)It has been raining for two minutes..this rain is not good for the cherry!!!
8)I will speak with Max as soon as I've seen him.
9)Who knows what I will be doing acutally in one year at this time!!?
10)At the end of the summer I will be going to four marriages.
11)If you do not hurry up,the film will starts.

An important decision

Hi all,
I havent'written my blog since 8th May because I have been very busy since last time I wrote..
Yesterday afternoon I made a very important decision for my university studies: I have decided to change the 3rd language (Arabic) into (French) because I had serious problem to studying my others languages like English and Spanish, and seeing that the 3rd language is just a smattering I have thought that Arabic would not be easy to study in that I think I will not be able to speak it very well in my life and just for this reason I decided to choose another language to speak and when I graduate I will really speak three language instead of two!!
I feel strange now because I had invested a lot of hopes into Arabic study,but the life is full of surprises so we all have to be brave and secure of ourselves!
Anyway now I feel more relaxed than before in that I know I can dedicate all my time to English and Spanish studies. Before I spent 30% studing English,30% studing Spanish and 40% studing Arabic,I forced a lot my mind,studing it and I ended up not doing well none of them.Now I don't want do the same error !!
I know that studing French will be better and I could feel more relaxed!
Yesterday afternoon,when I was going down the stairs of my university,I met one of my lecturers of English,James Hart,who comes from England and he does not speak Italian,so we had a chat because he hadn't seen me for a long time so he asked me how was I and I told him about my experience in England.He seemed very happy about this.
I was thinking that I could go during his office hours to chatting in English with him just to keep up with my English improving.
Last year I tried to do this,but for me was difficult because my lexicon was very poor and I could not speak well and I made nervous,but now it will be different and James will be happy to chatting with me!!

Miscellaneous exercises

Hi all,
I've finished studing Spanish for ten minutes and now I would like dedicate my time to the English language as I have been doing every day since 1st April!!
Now I will do some exercises about the difference between 'their' and 'theirs' :
1) Last evening I went out with my friends and we met theirs parents.
2)When I drove Jim to his home I passed in front of Max and Sue house; I thought that theirs house was smaller than I imagined.
3)Ann and Lucy are very good rollerblading,they are world champions and theirs work must be very hard!
4)Who is the owner of this beautiful shop? This shop belows to their that have been married for ten years.
5)Their house has been restructuring since March and for this reason they are sleeping to theirs parents house at the moment.
Well,I hope I've done well..
I'd like really improve my English,not only as regard to the grammar but also to the structure and the form of the text.
I have been trying keeping up with my English every day just for this reason!!

My weekend

Hi everybody!!
Today I'd like to tell you about my last weekend that I've spent with my family and my friends!
Saturady morning I started my day studying at home because I hadn't any lesson at the university,so I stayed at home until afternoon,studying and playing with Haidy,then Maurizio and I at 9pm went to our's friends house to have tea with they and we had a very nice night..we came back home at about 2 am!!
That evening we ate a gorgeous fish-based tea: clams,large shrimp,shellfish rice and a lot of fancy cake and a wonderful cake!!
We had a delicious tea!!
Sunday morning Maurizio and I got up at 10.30 and we had a normal morning and a normal lunch with ours familyes,but in the afternoon Maurizio,Haidy and I went to the countryside to go and see some friends of us, they have got a nice cottage there,so we spent our time with them until 6.30pm,then we had to came back to the city because Oronzo,my brother,had to do the confirmation at 7pm!!
All my family and I went to the church and we had a nice time there because the church was full of people and the Mass has been very hearty,the Bishop preached a very warm sermon and we felt in the seven heaven!!
After the Mass we went to the restaurant,but Oronzo knew that just the family was going there,instead Giovanna,my sister-in-law,had organized a party with 25 people!!so,when we arrived there,we met a lot of friends waiting for my brother!!
Yesterday evening we all had another very nice tea,laughing,jokeing and taking photos!!
Well,how you can see,I've spent a calm and nice weekend..
Today I've decided to stay at home because I have just a lesson at the university at 14.30,so I prefer to stay here preparing my Spanish exam,in fact now I'm going to my study room just to do it!!
I will write again my blog page tomorrow,

2)How long have you been waiting for James? I have been waiting for him since six o'clock.
3)We have been on holiday when they had had a terrible news about a friend of their who they hadn't seen for ages.
4)It hasn't rained for months. or (It hasn't been raining for months).
5)He has been in London for two months and he hasn't learn Engligh yet.He speaks always in Italian with his friends.
6)He arrived two hours ago and they told me he is too tired to go out.
7)When Mary's husband came back home,she had been cleaning her bedroon for two hours and she said she was very tired.
8)I had known him since he was 6,but I hadn't seen him for a long time.

My day at the university!

Hi all,
today I went to the university and I have followed a Spanish lesson for two hours!! The time flew away because the lesson was very interesting and after the lesson I stopped chatting with a lot of my friends who asked me a lot of information about England!! I'm so proud to have known England!! I love speak about my English family and about my English grandparents!!
This morning I've done a lot of things,I've seen about my future exams and they are a lot!! anyway it will come off well!!
I've just finished watching tv,I watched an English movie,just to keep up my English,but before it, I have studied Spanish for two hours-a-half.
Now I'm going to get dressed because Maurizio is coming at 8.30pm!!
I will come writing my blog page tomorrow!!

Hi all,
today I went to the university and I have followed a Spanish lesson for two hours!! The time flew away because the lesson was very interesting and after the lesson I stopped chatting with a lot of my friends who asked me a lot of information about England!! I'm so proud to have known England!! I love speak about my English family and about my English grandparents!!

Hi,
today has been another warm day and I've spent my morning and my afternoon with my mum and Haidy!
We went out shopping and going and seeing my grandma to her home.
We love go out in the afternoon,especially when the weather is fine,like spring and summer!!
When we went out,I bought a nice pair of gym shoes and a new pink lead for Haidy..she looks so nice!!
We met a lot of people during our walk who stopped and said hallo to me,well,I'm doing public relations at the moment :-)!!!
My city is like Bicester,not very big,so we know each others and when we go out,usually we meet a lot of friends,with own's children,dogs etc..
Maurizio has just phoned me asking if I want go to the cinema tonight,so I said yes,but I can not come back home later because tomorrow I have to go to the university and I'm taking the train at 8 am.
Now I'm going to watch "Who wants to be millionaire" with my mum and Haidy on the sofa,but in italian!

My return home!!

Hi everybody!!
I'm writing from my house in Italy!!
I arrived Sunday, 29th April in Italy and my family was waiting for me at the airport and Maurizio was taking film while I was going out from the airport..it has been wonderful!
I've spent two fantastic days since I arrived here,Monday night I slept on the sandy beach with my friends and Maurizio!
At the beginning we went there just to eat all together,but after we decided to sleepover on the beach,in that the follow day would be 1st May.The sea was wonderful and the weather too!
We spent our night dancing and all my friend asked me about my stay in England.When Maurizio and I arrived to the beach all my friends run towards me hugging and kissing..it has been very affecting for us!!
We stayed until Tuesday afternoon on the beach,then Maurizio and I went back home,had a shower and we went out again for tea. After we spent our night to our favourite pub,with all friends,dancing,laughing,chatting,so another gorgeous night!!
Now here I am..writing to you!! But I'm not able to write every emotion I've felt since I'm here..A lot of things have happened since I arrived in Italy and I feel like I haven't time to catch good everything..but this is just a sensation! When I go out during the day everyone ask me how I am,if I've had a good time,if the family was nice etc..so,I feel confused at the moment!
Now I have to close my blog page because my parents are coming back home from work and we have to preparing lunch in a bit..
