Exercises,2nd part
1) When I borrow a book from the library,I use to give back it after about two weeks.
2)When I went to the shop to buy a t-shirt,I bought a wrong size,I gave a XL.
3)Have Ann given to you her mobile number?

4) Terri uses to go to the swimming pool twice a week.
5) Early this week I went to the shop and I noticed the prices were grow up.
6) When I met Johann last Saturday,she told me she had been gone three times to the dentist during that week.

7) If you would say to Poppy to lie down,she would have listened to you.
8) I saw a man in the airport,he lay on the floor and I felt very sorry watching him.
9) Have you ever been lain on the sea sand waiting for the waves ?

10)Mary usually ride a beautiful horse,but now he is ill and the vet has suggested to her to ride another horse.
11)When I went to the mountain I have ridden for two hours and it was a wonderful experience because I haven't never ridden for as a long time.
12)Yesterday morning Mark rode a lot and in the evening he looked very tired.

14)I wrote a letter to one friend of mine,but she hasn't answered to me yet.
15)When I came back home,I found Laura sleeping on the desk.She had been writing for five hours for her thesis.

23)His heart tore when he saw her clasping another man in her 's arms.
24)I decided to throw away one of my dress two weeks ago,but later I changed my mind,so I asked to my mum where my dress was,but she answered to me she had torn my dress to make a t-shirt for my sister.
Ok,I've finished the first sheet of exercises!

Hi Anna Lisa,
I see that today is a special day in Italy. Will there be celebrations? The day before yesterday - 23rd April - was St. George's Day. St. George is the Patron Saint of England, so there were some celebrations for that.
Your exercises are very good and I have e-mailed my comments to you.
